AFC-330 Fundus Camera

This is used to evaluate the health of the back of your eye, the retina. The digital camera snaps a high-resolution digital picture of your retina. This picture clearly shows the health of your eyes and is used as a baseline to track any changes in your eyes in future eye examinations.

AdaptDx

The AdaptDx Pro® is a simple, fully automated dark adaptometer. It measures dark adaptation speed, which can be used to identify age-related macular degeneration (AMD) with 90% sensitivity.

BETA 200 LED RETINOSCOPE

Retinoscopes shine light into the patient's eye, observes the reflection (reflex) off the patient's retina, and measures the refractive error.

Platinum system

A slit-lamp imaging system is a communication tool for use with four distinct audiences: Patients. When was the last time you saw a patient and thought, “I wish you were making better decisions about your health!” When you show a photo and say “I’m concerned about” something, the patient immediately attaches more importance to the discussion. Your future self. If you see 400 patients between initial presentation and first follow-up, you’re probably not going to remember exactly what you saw originally. When you have a photo from the initial visit and a photo from the follow-up visit, you can easily assess the rate of change of the condition.
