Mark Kahrhoff, OD |
Dr. Kahrhoff joined Complete Vision Care in 2009. Prior to joining, he served in the USAF at Keesler Air Force Base, where he founded a specialty contact lens service and directed the Student Extern Program with responsibility for clinical training of optometry students from across the country.
Dr. Kahrhoff has taught at the University of Missouri College of Optometry in the areas of systemic and ocular pharmacology, ocular anatomy and physiology, physiological optics, and problem-based clinical analysis. He has developed contact lens education programs for Air Force optometrists and ophthalmologists and lectured military physicians on evaluation of eye trauma. Dr. Kahrhoff is a lead author and inventor on multiple patent applications filed with the US Patent Office for innovations in ocular drug delivery and regenerative ocular medicine. Dr. Kahrhoff was among the first optometrists to provide platelet rich plasma therapy to patients with dry eye diseases. He is a co-inventor of "The Electronic Eyelid," a prosthetic blinking device designed for a child who had lost his ability to blink due a brain tumor and "The Freedom Reader," a low vision aid that converted printed text to speech. Dr. Kahrhoff is also the creator of the A.M.P. System for visual neurocognitive training and to enhance visual performance for learning, sports and visual rehabilitation. Dr. Kahrhoff practices the full scope of optometry and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. He resides in Webster Groves. He is currently accepting patients at Webster Groves on Wednesdays and Thursdays, Festus on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Fridays.
While not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters. |
Derek Wiles, OD |
Dr. Wiles joined Complete Vision Care in June of 2011 as an optometrist. He graduated from Farmington High School in Farmington, MO and was excited to come back to his hometown, Farmington, MO, to practice optometry.
Dr. Wiles is a primary care eye doctor who practices the full scope of optometry. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages including the management of cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, eye infections like pink eye, red and sore eyes, dry eyes, watery eyes, burning eyes, gritty eyes, itchy eyes, contact lenses, lazy eye, and pediatric eye care. Dr. Wiles is certified to prescribe the Brilliant Futures Myopia Management Program MiSight contact lenses. Dr. Wiles graduated with honors from the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Optometry in May of 2011. During his optometry training, he gained experience through clinical rotations at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Center for Advanced Medicine and St. Louis University Eye Institute. He gained experience in primary eye care, contact lenses, pediatric eye care, and eye disease management. Dr. Wiles is a member of the American Optometric Association and Missouri Optometric Association. He is a member of the St. Francois County Rotary Club, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and actively involved at his church in Farmington, MO. Dr. Wiles is currently accepting patients at Leadington, MO on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and at Festus, MO on Wednesdays. Dr. Wiles resides in Farmington, MO with his wife, Katelyn, and their three young children, Kathryn, Addelyn, and Wes. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and outdoors. |
Christopher Brenon, OD

After graduating with honors from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 1997, Dr. Brenon practiced primary care optometry in the Columbia, MO area for 2 years and then joined the doctors at Complete Vision Care in 1999. He is a member of the Missouri Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Brenon practices full-scope optometry under his therapeutic license. Such practice includes diabetic eye evaluations, bifocal contact lens fitting, LASIK consultation, and a myriad of other optometric services. Dr. Brenon is currently accepting patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays at Leadington. Dr. Brenon grew up in Bonne Terre, MO but now resides in Farmington, MO where he resides with his wife, Stephanie, and sons, Noah and Colt. |
John Crane, OD |
Dr. Crane joined Complete Vision Care in the fall of 2014. Previously, Dr. Crane has practiced in the St. Louis metro area in various modes of practice. For over 10 years he taught ocular disease and clinical problem-solving in the classroom and clinics at the College of Optometry at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, with special interest in glaucoma, ocular infection, and ocular surface/dry eye disease. He has worked extensively with Dr. Kahrhoff on the use of platelet-rich plasma for the treatment of ocular surface disease.
Dr. Crane is currently accepting patients at Webster on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Fridays and Festus on Thursdays. Dr. Crane was raised in the Washington, Missouri area, and now resides in Washington. He serves on the church council of Zion United Church of Christ in Union, Missouri. When not seeing patients, Dr. Crane enjoys spending time with his son, Ian, as well as canoeing, hiking, camping, and reading. |
