Kinch T. Jones, O.D.
Dr. Jones started our practice in Flat River, MO in 1966. After graduating from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, he spent four years in the military as an optometrist. After his time in the service, Dr. Jones chose present-day Park Hills to start his optometric practice. Since that time the practice has flourished thanks to his high-touch, caring approach to eye care. It is this attitude that we strive to continue to uphold at Complete Vision Care. Dr. Jones has always been an active member of the community and remains so today.
When out of the office, he and his wife Joyce enjoy spending time with their two daughters and three grandchildren in Florida.

Evan T. Williams, O.D.
Dr. Williams joined Dr. Jones in 1975 and has been serving the community ever since. After growing up in Bonne Terre, he earned his doctorate of optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. He is a member of the Missouri Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
As a licensed therapeutic optometrist, Dr. Williams treats a wide spectrum of ocular conditions from the fitting of glasses and contact lenses to the diagnosis and treatment of eye infections and glaucoma. Dr. Williams now resides in Farmington with his wife Colleen. When not in the office, the two of them enjoy spending time with their three children and two grandchildren.

Mark A. Kahrhoff, O.D.
Dr. Mark Kahrhoff joined Complete Vision Care in 2009. Prior to joining, he served in the USAF at Keesler Air Force Base, where he founded a specialty contact lens service and directed the Student Extern Program.
Dr. Kahrhoff is an educator who has developed contact lens education programs for Air Force optometrists and ophthalmologists and lectured military physicians on field evaluation of eye trauma. He is Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri College of Optometry. Dr. Kahrhoff is a researcher and inventor who is building a dry eye research laboratory at the Univeristy of Missouri, and he has patents under review for innovations in diagnosis and treatment of eye disease.
Dr. Kahrhoff practices the full scope of optometry.

Christopher Brenon, O.D.
After graduating with honors from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 1997, Dr. Brenon practiced primary care optometry in the Columbia, MO area for 2 years and then joined the doctors at Complete Vision Care in 1999. He is a member of the Missouri Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Brenon practices full-scope optometry under his therapeutic license. Such practice includes diabetic eye evaluations, bifocal contact lens fitting, LASIK consultation, and a myriad of other optometric services.
Dr. Brenon grew up in Bonne Terre where he still resides with his wife Stephanie and his son Noah.

Derek B. Wiles, O.D.
Dr. Wiles was thrilled to join the team at Complete Vision Care in June of 2011. He and wife, Katelyn, are Farmington High School alumni and had aspirations to come back to the area to be part of this great community.
Dr. Wiles graduated with highest honors from the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Optometry in May of 2011. During his training, he gained experience through clinical rotations at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Center for Advanced Medicine and St. Louis University Eye Institute.
He has training in the treatment and management of many aspects of optometry including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, eye infections, red and sore eyes, contact lenses, and pediatric vision.
Dr. Wiles is a member of the American Optometric Association, American Academy of Optometry, and
Missouri Optometric Association.
When not in the office, Katelyn and he enjoy spending time outdoors and being with family and friends.

Era Gibson, Optician, Office Manager
Era has been a valued member of the office staff since 1989. As an A.B.O certified optician, Era is skilled in assisting patients with all of their spectacle needs.
She is a member of the American Paraoptometric Society. As our office manager, Era is available to answer most questions from products and services to insurance coverage and payment.

Office Staff
The remaining members of our staff at Complete Vision Care include four board certified opticians with the knowledge and expertise to handle all of your spectacle needs. In addition, our LASIK coordinator is available five days per week to answer patient questions and to provide free refractive surgery consultation. The front office is rounded out with our optometric technicians and receptionists who are available to greet you and prepare you for your examination as you begin your experience at the office.
